BOOKING TERMS

1. Booking confirmation is subject to payment of the required deposit/advance.
2. Full payment must be made before the tour commencement date.
3. Cancellations/Refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

PAYMENT TERMS

Cancellation Policy

Trail of India understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Charges

1. Airline Tickets:
   

   • Cancellation before 7 days of departure: 25% of ticket cost + GST
   • Cancellation within 7 days of departure: 50% of ticket cost + GST
   • No refund for no-shows

2. Hotel Bookings:
   

   • Cancellation before 72 hours of check-in: 20% of booking cost + GST
   • Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in: 50% of booking cost + GST
   • No refund for no-shows

3. Tour Packages:
   

   • Cancellation before 15 days of tour commencement: 25% of package cost + GST
   • Cancellation within 15-7 days of tour commencement: 50% of package cost + GST
   • Cancellation within 7 days of tour commencement: No refund

4. Transportation (Car/Coach):
   

   • Cancellation before 48 hours of departure: 20% of transportation cost + GST
   • Cancellation within 48 hours of departure: 50% of transportation cost + GST

Refund Process

1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from cancellation date.
2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
3. Refund amount will be calculated based on cancellation charges.

No-Show Policy

In case of no-shows, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions), cancellations may be considered with minimal or no charges.

Amendment Policy

Amendments to bookings will incur a fee of ₹500 + GST per change.
